One Year Old

This big boy turned one last week! I can't believe how the time has flown!!

My 8 lb 11 oz, 19 in baby boy has been replaced with a 27 lb, 31 in toddler (sniff)

It seems like just yesterday this precious big boy face complete with big green and brown hazel eyes and smeared with frosting, was a precious baby face complete with grey blue baby eyes and a head full of BLACK hair.

It seems like just yesterday, this precious face looked like this.

Ok, I'm going to stop there before I want to cry even more than I do now. Dylan you have been such a blessing in our lives and have enriched all of our lives more than we ever could have imagined! Mommy and Daddy love you more than you will ever know! And your big sister, can't get enough of you! God has blessed us all by placing you in our loves! We love you Big Boy!!

Dylan is ONE!!!

Wow how quickly a year has passed!! But tonight is not the night for that post... I'm tired and I don't want to cry! I'll save that one for tomorrow!

Tonight I'm just going to share some pics from Dylan's birthday party this past weekend!! Our big boy turned ONE! And of course we had a Razorback party with a few friends and family to celebrate!

Brian wanted to put the hat on for his party, but he wouldn't leave it on for very long!

It's never boring to try to open presents with a 1 yr old, two 2 yr olds, and 2 almost 5 yr olds!! Ha! But he had some big helpers!

Sitting his his chair that Nana, Pop, and Mama Jo got him! Funny thing is the kids sit in each others chairs as much as their own! (It almost caused and ER trip the next day! But that's a story for another day...)

Like with most things... he started out with a real laid back approach to the cake.
